Delivery Information
1, DELIVERY COSTS Delivery costs are as follows: If you buy just one programme the postage and packing cost will be £1.20. Each additional programme will cost 0.35p. All orders are securely packaged. This price is for UK customers only, overseas customers please scroll down to item 3 on this page. Generally we post via the Royal Mail. Orders too large to go in the post are sent via courier. In the event that your order will be shipped via a courier we will email you with when you should expect to receive the order. PLEASE NOTE. Orders sent via courier can take up to 3 working days to be delivered.
2, SHIPPING & HANDLING If you order from us before 3.00pm (sometimes even later), you normally receive your goods on the next working day. In the event that any of our goods are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or due to any omission on our behalf or for any other reason whatsoever, we shall have the right to refuse to accept any order from you or to cancel any order received from you based on the incorrect price whether or not the order has been accepted. In either event we reiterate that an order will only be accepted by us as a legally binding contract once the goods ordered by you have been dispatched to you by us.
3, OVERSEAS ORDERS This website is only set up to take orders from customers in the UK. If you are overseas and would like to buy programmes please email us at info@rovers-programmes.co.uk with details of the programme(s) you would like and your location. We will work out the shipping costs and invoice you accordingly via Paypal. Any orders made directly will be refunded or invoiced for the additional shipping costs.
